We bid farewell on Friday, October 28, to KLM’s Boeing 747. The B-747, which was known as the “Queen of the Sky”, operated between Amsterdam and Sint Maarten, for nearly 30 years. When I was younger, I wanted to be a commercial pilot but could not, due to my eyesight and those days it was impossible to get your license due to that. My hobby was photography and I spent hours photographing two of my favorite planes, one being the Concorde when I went to school in Miami and the other “Big Blue”, KLM 747. This video I dedicate to the “Queen of the Skies” and sadly most of my photography of Concorde was destroyed during hurricane Luis in 1995, but this one will live on! (Sorry for the quality of the last part, but was taken from very far away in the hills!)
