  1. Pretty cool how the condensation disappears at touchdown as the spoliers open. Bonus points for the wing sagging down as the lift is dumped too.

  2. great video!!!!!!!!! I've often used this aircraft to fly to Rio from FRA! It is amazing, I will fly back to Rio next August and have already my LH B747-8I ticket reserved!

  3. He shoots the entire plane's take-off run. And then, the at the moment when the plane will leave the ground, this imbecile turns and point his camera at a fucking screen! And we miss the take-off. Well played, sir.

  4. Great, thanks for showing this. Really want to fly in a 747-8 someday. Though, the 3-4-3 configuration would be crap to deal with for very long flights….

  5. There are 2 kinds of people; those who regularly do international flights and those who think it's glamorous. I would like to fly the 747-800 but 2 hours into an 11 hour flight it'll be like any other airplane.

  6. I love Luthansa and the 747-8i. I hope that one day I'll be able to fly on the 747-8i, it doesn't matter which airline as long as it's the 747-8 it can even be a cargo airline. It's to bad that 4 engine aircraft are coming to an end in passenger service, the 747-8 is most likely to be the last 747 model in production. All airlines want twin engine aircraft, because it burns less fuel and a it needs less maintenance and can fly just as far or further with only a little less people on board. The good thing is that the 747-8 will still have a long life with cargo airlines, so we will be seeing them in our skies for a long time still.

  8. I'm sure knowing Airlines coach passengers have to pay for their meals and they are probably subpar compared to 1st class. I like that interior color scheme a lot.

  9. altough it is not a best seller airplane , it is still one of the best looking on the market… and the new wing profile is amazing… but i recognise the a380 is superior in other aspetcs…
still, i'd love to see one in person…great video

  10. No wonder those engines sound like the 777.  They are totally different from the 747-400 and the 747-200.  I love to listen to the safety instructions, because you can never be too prepared for anything unexpected.  What did you have for lunch?  Also, I'd love to find out what you  had for entertainment.  Again, thank you for uploading these videos.

  11. Weigh too short.  I love the sound.  I'm blind, so that's important to me.  I hope you can include more of these flights especially engine startup, taxi, takeoff, cruising, food, descent, approach and touchdown with taxi and engine off.  I  know that's asking a lot, but when I listen to flight videos, I love to hear everything about the flight experience, because I can't travel anymore.  Yes, I do also listen to those 17 hour videos.  I work during them, and I sleep during them, because I have tinnitus and Trigeminal Neuralgia.  It's that sound I guess, and it's that wanderlust.  I just live planes and loved them all my life, even though I'm a nervous flyer.  I've only been in a few really scary flights, but you can never completely let go of that feeling.  Any mention of turbulence gets my heart beating faster and my butterflies activated.  I really miss traveling.  Can you do this for us?  I'm sure there are others who love all those features, too.  Thank you so very, very much.  Heather
