  1. These are fake. They got shut down. It was simply a GoPro attached to the drone and someone piloting it behind the camera. They got sued for $25 Million dollars.

  2. Hmm I remember when I was impressed by this. But this is laughable compared to the stuff DJI is doing I mean have you seen the computer vision 3D auto tracking?!

  3. Has anyone received their refund yet?!?! Anyone else interested in a class action lawsuit? I just want my money back. This is ridiculous

  4. On February 27, 2017, Lily Robotics, Inc. filed a voluntary petition for relief under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.  The case is pending before the Honorable Kevin J. Carey.   You can track the progress of the bankruptcy at the webpage whose link is provided below.  On the webpage, you will see a heading: “NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS SEEKING REFUNDS.”  Under that heading, you will see a link that will allow you to provide your current address and email.   We suggest that you preserve any correspondence, credit card statements and the like, just in case further proceedings are necessary.   Our top priority is to see that the preorder customers obtain refunds, and we are doing what we can in the bankruptcy process to facilitate that result.     Ethel Siegel NewlinVictim Service InvestigatorSan Francisco District Attorney850 Bryant Street, Third FloorSan Francisco, CA 94103Direct Line: (415) 551-9526Consumer Hotline: (415) 551-9595FAX: (415) 551-9504

  5. Poor Lily, always being thrown 🙁

Btw what happen when you don't throw Lily up, instead throw her down into the bottom fast?

  6. lily is a scam unfortunately they took millions of dollars from pre- order and I was a victim waiting 2 freaking months and didn't get my money back or hear anything. until people started to post about it  Make sure to do your research first before spending a lot of money .

  7. Scam! I myself paid the 499 for the drone and received an email in Novemeber the drone would ship within the month. Just think about it if you take $34 million and invest the money in a way that guarantees you lets say 5% over the three year period it took them to waste our time that would have made over $7 million dollars. How does a company who needs the money to create a product through research and development and created all the drones for 60k people still have the money to repay everyone the full cost? They made a killing!
