WARREN, Ohio  — An Ohio decide has accepted the use of a drone to capture criminal offense scene photos that will be demonstrated to jurors in the course of an future murder trial.

The Warren Tribune Chronicle studies Widespread Pleas Choose Ronald Rice in northeast Ohio’s Trumbull County gave his approval Thursday for making use of photos from a drone at next month’s trial of 48-yr-aged Nasser Hamad, who is billed with fatally shooting two men and women and wounding three others in February.

Hamad could confront the death penalty if convicted.

Though the drone will give jurors more information, they are also expected to visit the criminal offense scene.

The drone is owned by the Sheriff’s Business office in neighboring Mahoning County. Sheriff’s Big Billy Cappabianca suggests it’s the first time 1 of the office’s drones has been made use of by a court docket.
